Kristel Haxhia has been part of Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law since her journey at Haxhia & Hajdari began as an intern and assistant lawyer, where she gained valuable insights and honed her skills in various legal practices. Being educated in both the Common Law system, as well as the Civil Law system, currently pursuing a PhD in Internalization of Legal Systems and Fundamental Rights  in Italy. Equiped with experience working with the public administration in Albania, particularly in the Foreign Courts Representation and International Arbitration Tribunals Office at the State Advocate’s Office.

Her various publications and contributions to legal research underscore her dedication to advancing legal knowledge and practice, including a significant contribution to the “Guide to the Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Albania (1998-2023) Regarding Individual Constitutional Complaints. With her diverse educational background and professional expertise she is committed to providing high-quality legal services and strategic counsel to her clients.
