Mr. Artan Hajdari began his distinguished legal career in 1991 and joined Haxhia & Hajdari Attorneys at Law in 1998 as a name partner. The same year he was admitted to the Albanian Bar Association. He holds a law degree from the University of Tirana and a Master’s in European Depth Studies, obtained in 2005. In 2019, Mr. Hajdari further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a PhD in Law with a focus on corporate governance and civil law.

With over a decade of experience in the judicial system, Mr. Hajdari has served in various senior positions, including judge, President of the District and Appeal Courts in Tirana, and head of the Vlora Court of Appeal. He also held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.

Mr. Hajdari’s legal expertise spans numerous fields, including civil, commercial, energy, banking, M&A, privatization, and telecommunication law. He has actively contributed to legal reform in Albania, serving on the Advisory Commission of Law Reform under the Ministry of Justice to align legislation with European standards.

As a lecturer at the School of Advocacy and the Albanian School of Magistrates, Mr. Hajdari also regularly publishes articles on civil and commercial law. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Albanian Bar Association and the European Lawyers Group. Fluent in Albanian, English, and Italian, Mr. Hajdari continues to shape Albania’s legal landscape with his expertise and dedication to legal education and reform.
